The only thing that was likeable about the property was that it was warm

There is a lot of problems with this this property and i don’t recommend it at all please do not book : - there was no Wifi i tried calling the staff multiple times and some times they don’t even answer - the bed was not comfortable at all - the microwave had some issues with regulator wheel that adjusts the heat and the timer - some Heaters were not even working - i couldn’t complete my work without Wifi so i relied for a whole week on Mobile network - when you walk up the stairs of the residence it smells like dog pee and it’s not nice - There is simply no one to talk to or to call in case of an emergency ( we had a little issue and we tried calling the receptionist and she did not answer) - the appartement in General was not clean there was so much dust on the floor and the corners considering we came in the apartment after the Janitor went out. In General please do not book this Appartement it really is a waste of your money and a quick cash grab for the owner with minimal service Truly the worst booking i’ve ever made paying around 90 euros a Day for this is just not worth it guys save your money folks The apartment is terrible

Close to bus station and location was good

Nothing like the pictures, the balcony needs a good tidy, cigarette ends everywhere and old soil all over the garden.

Rooms was nice and spacious bedding was clean. Floors were dirty and there were cockroathes

There were no one at reception. Only received email of roon numbers and codes to enter after 3pm and was at the place already before 2pm waiting outside with no one to assist

Everything. The halls, elevators and rooms were FILTHY.

That somebody on the second day finally clean my apartment.

The room was not cleaneв at all. There were used towels on the floor and chairs. There was no staff at all. I got some useless response only after 24 hours. Dispate messaging in the app and calling them. The shower was clogged. Maybe few years it was a reasonable place, but now hardly anyone is managing it.

Spacious, clean with all you need for a good night stay. After reading reviews, got a bit apprehensive, for my surprise room of a very good size, clean and all you need appliances wise. WiFi! Area a bit down due to some buildings been left abandoned. Residence with lift. Not 5 starts as you go through communal area, corridors, but I am very happy with how clean it was, what I ask a comfortable clean bed and shower! Very quiet and we did sleep by a main road. Don't judge a book by its cover!! Recommended booked again on my way back to the UK!!

The kettle! New one needed!

The property in on the campus and facilities are not as good as they are showing in pictures (pictures are not from the actual facilities, most probably just from the advertising adds). As in dormitories of students the facilities are not kept well: radiators were broken, TV and WiFi did not wot and the worst thing that they have cockroaches.
