- Towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 7 per person or bring their own. Bed linens are included in the room rate. - All requests for check-in outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property and must be requested before arrival. Please note that a mandatory final cleaning fee of €50 applies to stays of 7 nights or longer. - Guests are required to leave the kitchenette clean. Please note that if the kitchenette and dishes are not cleaned by the guest, the amount of EUR 40 will be deducted from the cash deposit after the apartment has been inspected.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
