Banheiro na tem box, durante o banho o chão fica bem molhado.

La zona de relax. La atención en recepción es buena. Las camas están muy bien.

El desayuno es correcto. Instalaciones no acordes a un hotel de 4*

Precio calidad muy mal, instalaciones antiguas, mal cuidadas, fotos publicadas no coinciden con lo que realmente es, toallas negras de tanto uso, lo mismo las batas, olores en los pasillos

Good location

Unfortunately, our experience here was disappointing. The atmosphere felt very money-driven, and the level of hospitality did not match our expectations. Interactions with staff were not very welcoming, especially until it came time for payment. At one point, I briefly looked into the karaoke room while it was empty, and shortly after, we received a call to our room demanding payment. It felt excessive and uncomfortable, as if we had done something wrong. Additionally, basic amenities like toilet paper and towels were provided very sparingly. The walls are quite thin, and we could constantly hear the cleaning staff, which made it difficult to relax. It’s clear this may have once been a very nice place, but it now feels more focused on profit than guest experience. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.
