The breakfast was good and reasonably priced.

The room assigned was beside the service kitchen/pantry. Poor sound proofing that we could hear clearly the noises when people are chattering outside when passing by. Staff members could have been more courteous and less intrusive when asking questions to a good friend visiting and also to my partner of the same sex/gender. However, I truly felt it was not properly handled well at all during our stay in this property.

"I would definitely stay again!"

It was in a perfect location after flying into Dublin. Very quiet, we had a short nap upon arrival. At night it was so nice and quiet.

There was nothing to not like!

The location was great, but driving down the narrow lane way at night was a bit scary. The room was great and John the host was most helpful.
