The Dickens Bar & Inn

The staff were friendly. The room was a good size.

Not the property's fault but parking is very difficult nearby. Breakfast was very ordinary. No excuse these days for not offering a caffetiere of real coffee.

Staff were warm and welcoming. What I loved most was just how clean my room was in fact the bar and the inn it was all immaculate. It had a lovely cosy feel to it and it was so quiet that I slept really well. Ive already recommended it to a friend and I would definitely go back.

Comfy room, but walls are very thin. Could hear someone throwing up early hours of the morning along with every toilet flush as their bathroom was clearly on the other side of the wall to our bed. Also didnt like the locks on the door - think a good push and they would open.

The rooms were very comfortable everything you needed

Could not open window and it was semi frosted
