Great location and very nice staff.

Matress and pillows were hard. No beside lamps so we had to use the ceiling lamp when reading at night.

Very nice staff and ery good location! Near tourist attractions, 7-11, night market, local food shop, laundry shop, good cafe, hospital etc. Easy to go anywhere. And the room is very comfy.

No laundry service at night and there were few power outlets in the room. But overall, I was impressed with this hotel.

Great room but bed needs proper pillows and mattress topper.

Bed had latex ie rubber pillow and mattress topper and smelled of ....rubber. because rubber doesn't breathe it felt clamy and a little sticky. Room was quite dark.

"Great value, great location for Chiang Mai"

Great location near Chiang Mai gate. Check-in staff is friendly and rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds, seating areas, large TV’s with free WiFi at speeds at 50-60 mbps. Covered parking for cars and motorbikes. The area is has lots of dining, coffee shops, motorbike rentals, and Thai massage shops. This hotel is a good value for a stay in Chiang Mai.
