The location very strategic and nice place.

I hope the hotel can provide iron. If not provide it, tell where to find the place for iron service.

"Exceptional"

The location was great. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good, a big tour group came to breakfast early one morning and there wasn't much left when we got there. Otherwise everything was great.

"Good mid level hotel"

The room is large for the price and super comfortable. The South Gate night market is a two minute walk from the front door. Staff were always friendly. Breakfast was solid

The aircon couldn’t really be controlled. There was a small python in the toilet at one point but staff handled it well and it wasn’t really an issue.

"I wish I had stayed at my previous hotel."

Nice closet/wardrobe, and the bed was comfortable.

There was mold in the grout in the shower, and it didn’t feel clean and inviting. It’s located on a side of the old city that felt dirty and less family friendly (but I only stayed one night in this location so I could be mistaken).
