De locatie was dichtbij het centrum in in een leuke omgeving. Goede service met schoonmaak!

De kamer was minder ruim dan ik dacht op de foto’s.

"Donker, klein en oud"

De locatie is goed. De kamer bevindt zich op 1 minuut lopen van het grote plein.

De kamer is erg donker, heeft weinig (kast)ruimte en geeft daarmee een claustrofobisch gevoel. De spiegel achter het bed maakt het optisch enigszins beter. Verder is de kamer toe aan een opknapbeurt, vooral de badkamer laat wat te wensen over. Er zit schimmel op de muur en houtrot langs de onderkant van de douche. Tot slot is het ontzettend gehorig. Je kunt de buren in bed letterlijk horen praten. Dit zorgde voor een korte en verstoorde nachtrust. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is niet goed, je betaalt voor de locatie.

The property was very clean, aesthetically pleasing and in a brilliant location but the staff is what really made this stay exceptional. In particular one worker Jorge, went the extra mile for us. I have never experienced better customer service across all my travels before. Thank you so much Jorge for your help, time and effort. We really appreciate it

L’emplacement

La propreté. Le plafond de la salle de bain coulait, les moulures étaient moisies et la luminosité dans la salle de bain était quasi absente.

Lokatie en moderne comfortabele kamers.

Schoonmaak en onderhoud kan beter. Jammer dat deze mooie kamers niet het onderhoud krijgen dat ze verdienen. Bovendien zijn schoonmakers niet betrouwbaar. Ons eigen pasje was uit de houder voor electra gehaald en meegenomen. Schoonmaakster heeft rem van E-step kapot getrokken en helm mee genomen. Dit kan echt niet! Melding gemaakt bij receptie. Het ontbijt valt tegen, ga lekker om de hoek bij Granier ontbijten dat is wel zo gezellig.
