The lady who greeted us was lovely

The carpet was wet and room wasnt very clean.

It was the only hotel that had the option of putting a cot in the room for my little one which made it possible to stay overnight. They also went and borrowed a highchair from another close hotel knowing we had a baby which is amazing.

The curtains weren’t blackout and in the summer it’s light by 4.30/5 am so with a baby we had a very early wake up call ! Also the choice of breakfast was lovely and tasty my partner was disappointed there was no cooked breakfast.

Good location

No parking, rooms scruffy.

Clean and comfortable room. Comfortable beds.lots of tea, coffee and milk sachets. Perfect central location and very friendly helpful staff.

Stairs, no lift on 2nd floor however staff were lovely and took bags up to room - thank you Breakfast ok but did expect cheese and ham with continental breakfast which wasn’t present however what we did have was very nice

Great location and staff were very helpful. Room was a little small for our large bags.

Bed was not as soft as I am used to.
