It was a good place, near the beach and lot of stores neae the area. Staff was accomodating.

Miscommunication. In our booking time we can check out at 12:00 noon but apparently the staff said it was until 10:30am. We need to pay for extra £10 for late check out. Kinda annoying and ruin your trip.

Great location, everything I needed for one night in the single room, and really nice people running it!

The bed felt like an old one, but in the grand scheme of everything, this wasn't much of a problem.

Very close to the seafront, close to central parts of Brighton and is in perfect walking distance of everything you will need in Brighton.

Shower was a tad small but not a big issue.
