Very little space in the room.

Beautifully appointed venue. Great location. Quiet and relaxing. Missed interacting with the host and other guests.

Everything from start to finish was lovely! The location is walkable to downtown easily- which is helpful because parking can be at a premium. The room was beautiful with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast in the morning was on time and delicious. Coffee was strong and pastries fresh. Everything was perfect for a nice weekend away with my husband.

The hairdryer didn’t get hot! Not sure if it needs to be replaced.

Decor of home was lovely. Room had decent space. Appreciated coffee, tea, water, and fridge in room. Easy parking area behind home to accommodate guests.

Due to historic structure, bathroom door did not properly shut resulting in gaps and made for awkward use for a non-couples trip. Did not have pleasure of meeting anyone from the staff at any point of our stay, feeling a bit impersonal, but did receive clear instructions for check in and had no issue.

We loved the property and the easy access to our room without a formal check in. Hosts were accommodating and quickly took care of an issue that came up. We wished the beds had reading lights available as the only light was on the ceiling and a small lamp on a table. We were disappointed that breakfast was a made to order "bagged" breakfast after seeing the huge kitchen and the variety of baked pastries on the Expedia site.

Cleanliness

Amazing B&B. Great location. Thoughtfully designed and extremely private. Comfortable and clean. We had a great time in Rockport and would absolutely stay at Sally Websters again.

The location is great, parking was easy

Emergency calls and texts on weekends and evening after 9 pm goes unanswered. Manager’s excuse was “I went to bed early. Meanwhile poorly installed new electronic lock on room door prevented it from locking. Nothing like sleeping in a place with strangers and not being safe. Manager’s reaction the next morning after I hunted him down was “you seemed really upset last night. The lock works if you don’t close the door all the way. No one else ever complained before”. He lacked empathy, caring, and never said I’m sorry. It is truly a “no touch, no interaction check in but the place leaves you out completely if you have an emergency or there’s a security problem.

We loved the house and the room we were in. And how close we were to everything.
