"It was ok, not great."

The room was big, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was abundant.

We couldn’t move the room thermostat. The hotel has it set to hi no lower than 22 Cel. Also, the young woman at reception was very short with us and did not make us feel welcome. It was a big turnoff when we arrived until we got settled. We had to keep going back to her to ask questions since she didn’t provide the information to us at check in. We had to ask for extra toilet paper and shampoo. They weren’t refilled by housekeeping even though we were low on supply.

The hotel need a refresh and is more a 3 stars than a 4 stars; the breakfast is poor quality

The Sercotel Calle Mayor is a great hotel in a very accessible location in Logrono. The staff are incredibly helpful, from Reception, through to Housekeeping. Everyone was very concerned and attentive to our needs. The room was spacious and comfortable!

Good hotel in a great location. Good level of service from staff. Very Small double beds. Nothing great, nothing bad.

Bed size supposed to be a double was very small. Curtains did not close. Night emergency light to bright and bed directed directly towards.
