Simple nice clean room. Bed was comfortable, good shower pressure, plenty of lights and lovely staff. Breakfast was ok

The rooms were clean, and we stayed there for 6 days. It was a really nice experience.

Pros: The location is excellent, very close to the airport and just a few minutes from shopping malls in Kuta. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the receptionist was especially helpful. What truly stands out is the staff: everyone—from reception and housekeeping to restaurant staff and security—was consistently friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile. Their hospitality was exceptional. Breakfast is served à la carte, and while not a buffet, the food was tasty and well-prepared. Cons: The room feels a bit dated, although the bathroom is very clean and appears recently refurbished, especially the glass ceiling area. The main areas for improvement are the air conditioning and the bedding. The mattress is quite firm and not very comfortable, and both the duvet and mattress could use an upgrade, as they seem old. The pillows are limited (only two provided) and also feel worn, whereas many hotels now offer four. With some updates in these areas, this hotel has strong potential to become one of the best options in Kuta. Hopefully, management will take these points into consideration for future improvements.
