Hanamitsu Hotel & Spa

Staff goes out of their way to make guests comfortable. Economy is slow but island and people are great

This hotel seems to deal more in giving spa massages than actually being a hotel. It was very quiet and very few staff. The room was adequate but the bathroom was dirty and had not been used in a while. Easy access and security was fine. For one night it was suitable but I would not recommend any longer.

The lady who checked us in was very friendly, took care of us and went the extra mile to make sure our laundry was done even if it was late at night.

The hallway and room floor was dusty but I guess i can request for the room to be cleaned prior to my arrival next tome.

wifiが全くつながらないことがあり、不便でした。 パンデミックの影響か、スタッフを縮小しているようで、サービスが行き届いていない面がありましたが、交渉すれば対応してもらえました。

Everything was covered in dust and out of date bathroom was rundown.
