Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Pool was a big plus. Loved my room and the view.

This hotel is very comfortable, central and near to transportation, food markets and restaurants. The hotel is well-appointed and covid safe clean! Breakfast is very good with plenty of healthy options. The staff is knowledgeable and will help with all your vacation needs from transportation, restaurants etc. I highly recommend this hotel!

I was given a free upgrade to a suite that was amazing, views are incredible service is perfect.

Our room looked nothing like the picture - it was old, the bathroom was tiny. The toilet was not clean when we arrived and only one of the beds was made - it took 40mins to get spare sheets and we had to make the bed ourselves. "Housekeeping" was a 1min spot clean of the bathroom and she threw the same sheet over the bottom bed (we were on the balcony one day and she didn't even pretend to try to clean thoroughly. We specifically booked the Family Room as in all advertisements across all platforms it showed loungers on the balcony - we were given a room with a small balcony and tiny table only. When I complained, Christina on the front desk was dismissive and rude - no apology given, instead she tried to say their ads were not misleading and that the balconies are not specific to the room despite our room very clearly being that described in the Grand Room ads. When rooms with the larger balconies became available during our stay, she did not offer one to us. We were told it's a 15min walk into Oia - it's more like 25 and it's a hot walk with no shade - probably a 30-40mins walk to the bus stop in Oia. They state there's a bus stop directly outside but it only lets you travel to Oia - if you want to get to Thira, you have to bus or walk into Oia then bus all the way back to Thira. The buses only go hourly. So basically the staff are rude and unhelpful, the facilities are not as described, the location sucks. Will never return.

Was a very nice place to stay. We were just a little mislead by the advertising. First off, we thought that the villas overlooked the caldera when they actually face off the back side of the island. Still beautiful! Secondly the room we were given was nothing like the pictures advertised when we booked. We saw a nice open and bright villa with a loft for one of the beds, and were given a small dark villa that was very closed off and just was not the vibe we were expecting. Bummed about the false advertising but Breakfast and terrace were good and the pool was very nice!

Very pretty property close to Oia (about a 12 Euro cab ride to the main city). The staff was very helpful and arranged transport for us as well as recommending a good restaurant close by. Room and the pool were very nice.

Nice place, near to Oia 5 to 10 minutes driving or if you want to walk is only 25 minutes . Staff very friendly
