Location was good.

Safe didn't work. Asked for it to be fixed. 2 days and nothing done. Shower was very weak - just a trickle of water. We are international travellers. Submitted a Visa card which the machines did not accept. For a large hotel, this was disappointing. It was fortunate for us that we had enough cash to cover the cost.
