I liked the hotel’s location and proximity to key locations in Georgetown. Also it was a cheap and clean alternative to many other 2 star and 3 star hotels. One thing I didn’t like was the fact the TV that came with our room only had one channel and when you tried to switch channels with the remote it would turn off the TV. Free WiFi is always a plus as well.

All good except ....additional things not provided only 2 cups provided and on demand not given extra 2 cups, no extra tea coffee provided....very much professional persons...but i will reserve it again when go to penang...over all is good

so far ok..staff frendly..but not suitable for muslim because far from halal restaurant..so far so good..near 7e..near phamacy.staff always help when i need their help.
