I hated this hotel, it was last minute and all they hff ad was smoking room. They had nonsmoking but wanted to charge much more after I booked. Room was dirty, there was NO toilet paper at all. I called front desk and no answer. Had to go to wal mart to buy some. Very disappointed ☹

A 65 year old female traveling alone is given an upstairs room in the way dark corner! There were open rooms in the bottom floor and in lit areas of the second floor.....when I told the front desk person about my safety concern her answer was ALL THE EMPTY ROOMS HAVE 2 BEDS N I ONLY NEEDED 1 BED!!!!! Where was the compassion from the 18 year old front desk person??? Perhaps she didn’t like my questioning the $3 EXTRA fee that wasn’t stated on Hotels.com website but as their mgr stated on my review, it’s stated on their website.....only problem is I DIDN'T book it on THEIR website....

Inquired about guesst laundry at check in. Host failed to let me know the dryer is inoperable. When confronted he said he didnt know about it, then invited me to hamg me clothes on the railing as other guests have done sinse last friday... he obviously knew it wasnt working! Very unprofesional!
