Property and rooms were as advertised. Rooms were clean and great for families. Really appreciated the nice extras - hot chocolate, oatmeal, etc. Staff were lovely and accommodating.

Well maintained and clean. Assigned parking spot conveniently located. Suite was thoughtfully supplied and decor was so appropriate...added to the ambiance. Excellent all around.

Great location! Classic accommodations. Somewhat outdated but nice and simple. Very clean and staff very friendly and accommodating! Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the mountains.

No pool/hottub which would have been nice after long days of hiking.

"Adorable cabin right near Lake Louise."

3 min drive from Lake Louise or 20 min walk. We drove once and then walked a different time. Loved the little outdoor porch where we ate and hung out. Staff was super friendly. Provided oatmeal and granola bars each day in the cabin. Loved having a huge tub to soak in every night after long days of hiking.

Lots of daddy long leg spiders (the good kind). You are in the woods so it’s to be expected.

Location was the best part

The price was outrageous for the value. Horrible internet, no Working TV, soaps and hair dryer were bottom tier, long check in process.
