Affordable Suites of America Augusta

It was a great stay. The suites were a very good size. Beds very comfortable and I loved the courtyard right outside of the room. They also have 4 nice gas grills for your convenience.

The room was clean and spacious and with kitchen and laundry made our stay very enjoyable

The price is worth the stay. It could use some deep cleaning. It wasn't dirty. Everything was good except the sleep sofa. When we opened it there were food and wrappers and it was dirty. I will be staying again. The good was way more than the bad.

It is convent to where we visit. Easy on and out. Pet friendly. We travel with a service dog. Mike, the manager, is very helpful and accommodating, even though he was short staffed.

Baseboards in room were dirty and dusty. All doors had dirty handprints. Toilet was not thoroughly cleaned. Bath linens were dingy. No blanket in room.

It was quiet and perfectly located close to all our needs. The bed was comfortable enough for a week long stay. The kitchen was just what we wanted for light meals.

Sadly the smoking smell from the courtyard was still very noticeable inside the room. But starting April 2 the entire facility will be smoke free so hopefully that will take care of the problem.

Manager Mike was amazing. I left my keys in my room and he was available after midnight to make me a new set.
