Apartinfo Old Town Apartments

Majoituksen sijainti oli hyvä. Sisäänkäynnin löytäminen tuotti vaikeuksia, koska se oli eri kadulta kuin mikä oli huoneiston osoite. Yllätyksenä oli myös kolmannen kerroksen sijainti, hissiä ei ollut ja painavan matkalaukun raahaaminen tuotti jonkin verran vaikeuksia.

Vi fikk aldri nøklene til hotellet/leiligheten, vi fikk heller aldri tak i de som er de leiligheten. Noen på en restaurant der vi satt fikk tak i en av de som jobbet der og da måtte vi ta en taxi til den 7 minutter unna og tilbake i. Noe som heller ikke var mulig, grunna av dårlig vær,Var det heller ingen taxier som kjørte og vi måtte kjøpe et nytt hotellrom som var enda dyrere meget dårlig. Ønsker full refusjon av hotell/leilighet rom!

Definitely NOT recommend this apartment agency to anyone. I was given a different apartment address from the place I choose and confirmed online - instead of being on Old Town to being over a kilometer away from Old Town. The living room chair/couch was nasty/dirty with fluid stains and burnt damage. It was very inconvenient to look for the agency office to sign-in for the key to the property several kilometers away on the opposite side of Old Town Gdansk.

Dåligt städad när vi kom. Fann hår i garderoben, tandborstmuggen var ej rengjord. Hade beställd transfer via hotellet, dock fick vi endast taxi till första hotellet där vi skulle hämta nyckel. Vi fick gå med 2 barn och resväska genom centrum till hotellet..

The location was the best you could ask for. The apartment itself was spacious, airy and clean. We were disappointed to be given only one towel each to do us for our week's stay. We weren't given any details on how to get into the property, and as no one in the office was answering the phone, we had to find a taxi and get him to take us to a hotel for the night. This was an unexpected expense, and the hotel room added another 300pln to the cost of our holiday, with the cost of taxis over and above.

Hadde bestilt leilighet med balkong men måtte bytte da det viste seg at jeg hadde fått feil leilighet. Det samme skjedde i desember 2018. Denne gang var leiligheten uten balkong og uten sengetøy samt dårlig renhold. Fikk byttet samme dag uten problemer til en meget bra leilighet. Men det skal ikke være slik at man ikke får det man bestiller i første omgang. Det tok ca 2 timer fra jeg ga beskjed til jeg var i ny leilighet.

Vi blev modtaget med lidt forvirring om vi nu skulle bo der da vi ikke havde fået værelsesnummeret opgivet. Og da personalet i lobbyen ikke snakkede engelsk, føltes det som en lidt utryg start.studiolejligheden var fin men lugtede af røg- det ville være rat at kunne vælge en ikke ryger lejlighed. Bortset fra at personalet ikke snakkede engelsk og at lejligheden lugtede lidt af røg var det fint. Der var pænt og rent og billigt.

Itried to call to advise my arrival. nobody answered for several times. Finally I could reach them and then they said there is no reservation. I had enough, that 's it, i will try to arrange a real hotel at the last minuate, because obviously the did not find the reservation. When I looked at my phone at 19,00 pm, I saw that they answered now that the key would be there and there. Too late because I was already in the newly searched hotel. If they charge me now these 2 days it is not right and absolute disaster. They cannot charge but telling me on the phone that there is no reservation. I don t agree to pay for this.
