Excellent desk staff. Huge, quiet, comfy room--clean with all the amenities (including kitchenette). The most wonderful shuttle service. Near great restaurants in Burien (we at at an Ethiopean restaurant that was wonderful). Lovely breakfast.

It would have been nice if there had been more seating for breakfast. At my age, it's hard to sit at a high table--but that's all that was left in the 7's AM. Even so, it was reasonably comfortable.

Nice hotel close to the airport - free shuttle to and from airport. Chris at the front desk was very informative of the area and recommended a place to eat close by and the best way to ride the SeaTac train downtown - was a fun weekend in a nice clean room.

Comfortable and clean

When I arrived at airport, I called the property as instructed and went to the pickup spot. What they did not tell me was that there are TWO Hampton Inns with different shuttles. I got on the first one that arrived only to find out at the property that it was the wrong place. I had to wait another half hour for the shuttle to the correct place. The staff was somewhat dismissive saying that this happens often. There was another couple who also was directed to the wrong property. The person I spoke to on the phone AND the van driver said nothing about this
