Es céntrico.Lo cuál la ubicación para recorrer la ciudad a pie lo hace perfecto y tienes todo a mano. Pero es Lloret y el ruido de la noche del centro , es agotador si eres adulto y vas a dormir El estudio es cómodo

Falta aislación acústica ventanales, Renovación del estudio, pintura, La Tv es antigua, mejoraría mucho una smart tv. Podría tenerlo como opción para adultos. Parking no hay, lo has de dejar lejos del. Centro

La ubicacion.

El apartamento que estuvimos nosotros necesitaria una reforma. Todo muy antiguo y la bañera parece sucia pero es desgaste. Se oye a la gente subir y bajar las escaleras y como son metalicas por la noche te despiertan

"no se puede pedir mas por menos"

esta cerca de todo, hay supermercados playa y diversion, cerca de la playa.

mucho ruido de la calle, y se oye todo lo de las habitaciones cercanas, muy mal insonorizado, el mobiliario es muy antiguo aunque la cama me resulto comoda.
