Royal Regantris Kuta

Have stayed at RR regularly over the past few years. The rooms are excellent, the staff are accommodating and terrific, best value for money in Kuta.

The pool area on the roof is a bit cramped but very convenient so who’s complaining.

Bed and pillows were very hard. I had a room next to the courtyard (arrived at 1am from airport) and was woken up by the loud music playing for breakfast at 6:45am

We stayed at this hotel for a week and were quite disappointed. It does not meet 4-star standards, more like a 3-star hotel. Basic amenities were missing: no bathrobes and no hairdryer in the room (both “available on request,” which is unacceptable at this level). Breakfast was poor and repetitive, with very limited fruit (often just one plate for the whole hotel), few vegetables, and no cold cuts, cheese, or bread variety. The room looked modern but housekeeping was clearly lacking — we found the same crumbs and hair under the bed from day one until check-out. The shower is badly designed, with no door or curtain, flooding the bathroom. Late check-out was offered only via an overpriced suite, despite our room type being available online for much less. As of late January 2026, the 5th floor is under renovation, with noise starting around 7am. Also, note that none of the rooms have balconies. Positives: the rooftop pool is spacious, though poorly maintained, and the spa is decent but overpriced compared to options nearby.

it was nothing like the website photos when booking the room. i checked out after 1st night it took 3 keys to be able to open/close door

see above. moved after first night to bukan beach resort. paid a week ...stayed 1 night only as the flight arrived 1am in the morning as the flight was delayed ex perth

The room was clean. The pool was confortable.

I like all. No comment for unlike.
