We had a lovely first day, the man on the desk was very friendly and helpful. We explored the city straight away as the rooms are in a great location. However in the morning we were met by a rude lady working at reception who was disinterested and also gave unhelpful advice to a disabled woman in front of us. The hotel does not store bags which is a real shame and no alternatives given.

Siamo arrivate alle 4 del mattino ma per fortuna siamo riuscite ad entrare! Anche se la struttura non risponde al telefono e non risponde alle mail. Ma comunque è andato tutto bene per fortuna! Consigliata! Centralissima! Facile da raggiungere.

L’hotel è situato in una zona centralissimo vicino alla cattedrale e alla loggia della seta. Nel complesso per il prezzo pagato andava bene. Difetti: le stanze non venivano realmente pulite, rifacevano il letto e non ci hanno mai cambiato gli asciugamani in 4 giorni, abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi al personale della reception. La nostra stanza non aveva la finestra ma solo una vasistas. I muri sono molto sottili infatti si sentivano parecchi rumori Pregi: prezzo, bagno grande e anche la doccia. Zona perfetta

Overall, this hotel provided adequate service level, however, the place is more than simple. Our room was a gloomy, windowless one, but, at least, the shower cabin was comfy, and the bed was quite good, too. There was no problem with the cleanliness either, and the staff members were friendly. The biggest advantage is the location. You can take nice walks in the neighbourhood to explore the beautiful sights of the city.

This is the best place to stay while in Valencia. We were very pleased with everything. Strongly suggest to everyone!!

This place was absolutely horrendous. If you have any respect for yourself and your well-being DO NOT go here. The hotel is moldy, when the AC is turned on it smells of sewage. There wad a cockroach in our room. When we asked to be refunded the lady at the front desk would not let us finish our sentence. She kept interrupting us and being super defensive. Finally we found an airbnb in the neighborhood out of town and the lady said that cockroaches and smell of mold is normal because it is located in the old town. But it is clearly that the building is not well taken care of. I hope I will be able to add the photos I took to show how terrible it is because the photos on the website are completely unrepresentative.

Mooie ligging maar dat is alles wat dit hotel 2 sterren geeft. De kamer was extreem vervallen en heel erg klein; we moesten douchen en naar het toilet letterlijk naast ons bed. Verschrikkelijk, voor ons nooit meer.

Falta puerta en el baño, por lo demás. Bien.
