Convenient and perfectly good place to stay near the national parks. As these types of hotel go this is above average. Breakfast was very good.

Nothing major on the negative side. Location is a bit far out of Golden, but its not that big a place.

"Overall a very good place to stay while travelling through Golden BC. Did not use the pool."

Check in and out were seamless. Room request location was honoured. Room was clean appeared to be pet-free. Buffet breakfast was very good.

Bar restaurant was not inviting for supper so we went into town to eat.

Staff was great and breakfast was very nicely done. I can see the effort they are putting into the property. The bed was fantastic. Pillows and bedding were very clean. The heater/ac appear d new and was clean.

There was black grime around the edges of the light switches. They painted, but there was paint on the carpet below. When i went to make coffee, the boiler appeared dirty and worn out, and a couple chunks of dust/dirt fell from the vent above into my cup. It just looks like this hotel has seen a lot of use. The online reviews had glowing reviews. I dont see how. Makes me wonder. We stayed there because of those reviews. We even payed a little more than expected to get a good room. We are on day 22 of 30 of our driving trip. This is the worst experience we have had.
