The staff were incredible They were so polite and went above and beyond for us We had intended to stay one night, but were so comfortable that instead we stayed for several days All the staff were amazing, but it was really worth mentioning Maria, Leonardo and Angelo They were incredible We were blown away by the appearance of the old style building But also the fantastic food Amazing staff The politeness of the cleaning crew Everything was just 10 out of 10 I only wish we had been there in the Summer so we could have tested out the pool But the staff can’t control the weather Would highly recommend this as a holiday getaway destination

It was a big commute and the restaurant wasn’t open on Sunday This was a bit disappointing because I was unwell on the Saturday night I guess it means that we will have to come back…

Un endroit magnifique autant l’établissement, l’extérieur mais aussi l’intérieur nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel est super, très accueillant, souriant, disponible. L’hôtel dispose d’un parking, il y a également un restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est très bon il y a du choix. La chambre était très belle, c’était propre. La literie impeccable nous avons très bien dormi.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Da wir ein Auto gemietet hatten, war die Lage etwas ausserhalb kein Problem. Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig, die Mitarbeiter freundlich und das Frühstück reichlich. Vielleicht für unseren Geschmack etwas Süssigkeiten - Lastig.

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr zuvorkommend, ganz besonders beim Frühstück. Maurizio war immer hilfsbereit und macht einen super Service

Hotel dobre dostupný z letiska Palermo aj Trapani a blízko diaľnice. Čarovná atmosféra historicky pôsobiaceho hotela, veľmi vkusne zariadeného s pohodlnou posteľou, s dobrými raňajkami s možnosťou raňajkovať na terase v záhrade s vodopádom. Veľmi pekný bazén, úžasne prostredie okolo bazéna. Bezplatné parkovisko pri hoteli, veľmi pekne vysadený a udržiavaný areál okolo hotela.

Kanálový zápach v kúpeľni pri príchode, ktorý sa po jednom dni stratil.
