My room had mold ALL over the walls and ceiling! We checked in very late and the hotel was full and nothing could be done that night. 36 hours later I got sick!!! Im fighting to get my money back!

Smelled like mildew look like mildew spots in the bathroom. Everything needs to be updated

Easy and convenient to get to. Clean. Room was spacious. Everyone we encountered was nice.

Parking was limited the later you got there. Couldn’t find anyone at the front desk when we were checking out. You could tell repairs were fixed with a bandage.

Die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Ausstattung gut.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war weniger motiviert. Der Pool und der Fitnessraum waren gesperrt, wegen Renovierung. Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht komplett ausgeschaltet werden. Der Lüfter lief immer. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, man kann ihn nicht ausschalten weil man das Fenster nicht öffnen kann.

The first room that we checked into had plaster bits on the floor right under what appeared to be a recurrent ceiling leak. We were promptly moved to a second room, which we stuck with, but also had ceiling damage. Also, when we checked out, at what would seem to be peak check-out time, there was no one at the front desk. I waited for over 5 minutes, as I wanted a printed receipt, but no one returned. I gave up.

Staff was not friendly, their "breakfast" was basically just a waffle machine. Cereal no milks, no juices or coffee. When asked, the staff basically said oh well.
