Deja mucho que desear para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. Cuando llegamos a la cena, poco más y no nos querían recibir, tenían un grupo grande dentro del salón y tenían la puerta cerrada cuando llegamos, cuando todavía estaba el servicio de cena disponible. Supuestamente el desayuno es tipo buffet, pero no, es buffet si vas en grupo, porque a nosotros nos metieron en un salón al lado de recepción con una camarera, solos sin nadie más, con una carta, mientas tanto el grupo en la planta baja con su desayuno tipo buffet. Primera vez y última que piso este hotel

Todo fue de 10!! Nos encantó absolutamente todo, la gente, el hotel… ¡todo, todo! Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy cómodos. El personal fue siempre muy amable y atento, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. La experiencia en general fue perfecta y sin duda repetiríamos. Muy recomendable.

El parquin no tienen tanta plazas como avitaciones si llegas más tarde delas 17 tienes que aparcar donde puedas

nice location, Suances

Staff not very friendly, OK but a bit cold. Also the bathroom doors are not ideal for privacy when sharing the room with a friend. The temperature in the room was also unbearable
