it had hot water and my truck was on the cameras

dirty room. roaches. blood on curtain. walls dirty.

The staff were nice.

It was unclean, bed bugs, missing lightbulbs, TV not working, missing battery cover on TV remote control, no cover on the drainage hole in the bathtub, broken table, coffee kit was already used, curtains were barely holding up, Broken screen on window, toilet stains inside/ outside unclean. Had a smoking room with no ashtrays, only 4 towels for two people ( two bath towels, one hand towel, and one face towel. Windows were dirty.

Nothing, I had to cancel my room upon arrival.

Drug deals on the property, very unclean and smelly room.

Did not like anything of the place.

For the price I paid did not match my expectations at all. I got a room and the TV did not work. I got into another room and in that room the toilet did not flush. The rooms had a weird smell and lets not talk about the sheets. Seems to me that there is something wrong with all of the rooms because I was not the only one in line making complaints.

The hotel shared a parking lot with Denny’s but there wasn’t any parking available. The over flow parking was in a dark area far from the entrance and was filled with homeless people. However, there was a gate to enter the premises from the side of the overflow parking lot but it was chained and closed. The staff won’t even park their cars out of their sight due to the sketchiness of the area, as they parked their cars literally outside the lobby where they could see them. Homeless people camped outside by cars and were constantly walking by the check in window for the lobby where we were standing. The rooms smelled. The fridge was decor, given that it didn’t keep anything cool, nor was it clean. The walkways to the room smelled like urine. We witness two crimes while grabbing our stuff from the car. The rooms looked like they’ve never been updated. The bedsheets at least looked relatively. Looked. The toilet had hair on the seat upon us checking in. There was minimal towels provided, which also looked as if they hadn’t been upgraded in years. It was a very sad place.

I needed to print out legal documents and there was no ink for the printer so I had to go buy some.

Nothing at all I had to beat the front desk manager to call the police after my room window had been broken into by some crazy guy I didn't know my money was kept I was kicked out and the on site manager refused to even press charges against the guy that tried to kill me my name is Reginald Hayes this all took place on December 13 2025 in the Travel lodge in Hemet California please someone contact me about this because I was a victim that was treated by your staff like a criminal and the DA of Hemet has already or is looking into the case please contact me at this email or my direct phone number +1 951-692-0846

The property is by dennys which is nice and the room was clean and decent.

Didn’t like that the room has a connecting door to the other room ,we were able to hear our neighbors that were super loud and didn’t go to sleep until 5 am. Also the tv could use an upgrade and the curtains had holes in them
