The hotel staff was very comfortable with English language and this is the biggest benefit I think in China ,also the staff was very helpful, the rooms were big ,very clean there was not the strange smell that normally Chinese hotel have

as business traveller only the location of the hotel is little bit away from the city it takes normally 25 30 minutes to go to the city so once you are in the hotel or you are cut off from happening places or the malls if u want to shop , or spend time after you finish your work

Excellent Hotel. Special thanks to Emma, Zora and Adrian. I arrived at 9am and Zora went out of her way to ensure that I got to check in immediately. I was given a room 2315 on the Club Floor with nice views. The room is clean, spacious and well thought out. Great amenities and comfortable bedding. I ordered room service and the food was tasty and fresh. The hotel has done an excellent job with their training. All the staff across different departments are professional and friendly.
