Trying to make you pay twice the service charges, once at booking, once when you arrive at the hotel. Shower does work very poorly. Very noisy outside during the whole night - construction workers and a rooster who makes noise from 1am on

nice staff, close to amenities like food etc. has its own grab location

noisy “AC” and not too comfortable beds, also cluttered bathroom with shower little/no pressure

We liked the location, and we went by the reviews and thought we booked a place which was value for money.

Seemingly the heaters for the showers had been under repair for a few days already, we weren't informed before we arrived or when we checked in. We booked 4 rooms and in none of the rooms the shower heater was working. In our room the socket for the heater was dangling on the wires, wide open, and that connection also provided the power to the shower light. We were promised that the following day the heaters would be repaired, but in the morning the manager didn't even show his face, so we went ahead and checked out and moved to another hotel. Also the furniture seemed sticky and run down.
