Bathtub not draining, toilet constantly running, roaches, staff rude and had ear bubs in when trying to check in.

It was a very nice stay, we were able to enjoy the good night's rest that we had, after all the running around in the area we had done during the days it was generally very quiet, one night when we got in we had the chance to stop in and eat right there as well the food was very good at the restaurant next door also owned by the Proprietors.. we had no complaints and we're very happy with our stay there

Actually we had no complaints coffee every morning the bag breakfast did not affect this very much only because we are going out to eat in the mornings,, but very happy for the coffee we're able to have

I had to ask for a new blanket because one of them was dirty and they told me it was washed

I feel the proper needs a lot of updates. The whole carpet was filthy. The only thing good I found was the front desk. Clerk took good care of us. Other than that I gave a total rating of 3by the way. The mattress on the bed I filled the springs in it. The pillows are hard.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament, it was cheap and not too far away. We got what we payed for. The staff was very nice, and tried their best to be accommodating. The staff is the only reason for higher than one star. It is a place to lay your head, but not one I would likely revisit. The bed was similar to laying a cardboard box onto a pack of springs. I asked to try a different room thinking it was maybe that one, and it was not. If you stay get a room with double beds, the king mattresses are abysmally uncomfortable. The "breakfast" is a sack breakfast, an apple, muffin and yogurt in a bag. Better than nothing, but definitely not what was expected. The pool area was ok at best, it definitely needed some cleaning and maintenance. The "hot tub" says it can seat 6, but really it would be 6 children comfortably, unless you REALLY like the people you are in there with. One of our friends rooms was missing the smoke detector and stunk of cigarette smoke. Our shower did not drain properly and the water when started had an interesting smell to it. (would not drink the tap there)
