Super 8 by Wyndham Sturtevant Racine

Price of room was fine. Room smelled and looked clean.

The shower drain was plugged up, the pool had several bandaids on the bottom and the hot tub water looked sketchy.

We found our room very satisfactory except that the window curtain was hugely torn, hanging in tatters. They could just have taken the whole thing down and it would have looked 100% better. The rear entrance was heaped with piles of trash and was revolting. I would not have rented the room if I’d seen that first. I expected rats. The food next door was excellent and the staff was very cheerful and kind. This motel needs some cleaning and fixing up!

very small bathroom, only two towels by shower, Shower rod ready to fall off, tub should be replaced. it looked like blood spatter above the TV on the ceiling. Coffee in lobby only had two cups, ice machine had about 2 to 3 oz of ice. never found the bag/box breakfast in the morning.

Garbage was piled up near the back walk in entrance. The shower drained very slowly. The pool was closed all weekend for maintenence.That should have been posted on the websight.The hallway rugs need replaced. They look dirty. The whole motel need a much needed remodel.

The listing said it has breakfast but was only a bag, that was frustrating because they show something in the pictures and we chose from there. So we felt cheated, if they don't offer dine in breakfast they should remove the pictures or said it is not a breakfast, that's a junk food snack.

The room smelled like cigarettes. The hot tub smelled icky the second day. There were big clumps of hair floating in the pool.

The place is dirty just plain and simple it’s a cheap hotel. The staff was nice. The bathroom and room just smelled horrible like mold and dirt. The pool and hot tub..clearly doesn’t get clean properly the levels of the pool water are clearly off being green and like still water like no chlorine is used..the hot tub the same they put some kind of cleaner in it like Mr bubbles I dk but there was dirt floating above the top of them..I’m not really a picky person when staying at cheap hotels but this place needs some major tlc..it is cheap yea I guess it’ll do..the washer a dryer there work and are cheap do the job but come out smelling musty.. the restaurant next door is alright but when I was there they didn’t have a lot of things don’t expect the pictures on the menu to look like what ur ordering at least the shrimp but good luck i recommend else where.

Dont stay here. I spent $180 for a Saturday night, because this was the least expensive. The pool and hot tub the water smells horrible and the water was scummy not clear, both had visible mold in their tiles. The bathrub drain was moldy. I called Hotels.com to contact them for a full or partial refund. It was misunderstood that I was asking for a cancelation refund, so Super 8 said no as I was already there. I was asking for a full refund of ny money, or at least $100 because of the pool and hot tub conditions. NOPE DENIED! The reason that I booked here was for my family to enjoy the pool & hot tub. This hotel does not meet Hotels.com standards and also Super 8 standards. Oh by the way. 2nd floor room with no elevator. Breakfast bag is a muffin, juice & yougert. If you stay here you are absolutely crazy. Only good was the bed was comfortable. If I had unlimited funds, I would have paid hundreds more and had a better place. no matter how desperate I may be, I will never stay there.
