Hotel Gallia

Nous sommes arrivés à 19h et nous avons été très agréablement accueillis dans un français parfait. Nous parlons seulement un peu italien et cela nous a bien aidé. L'hôtel est calme et les chambres confortables. Le petit déjeuner est très varié. Nous recommandons pour les diverses prestations et l'accueil.

the hotel's location is very convenient as it is only a 20 minute drive to Turin. The staff was very friendly and had my room ready even though I showed up two hours before check-in time. Parking was also free and right in front of the hotel.

Il parcheggio interno è a pagamento, quello esterno è gratuito ma io ho dovuto aspettare un bel po' prima che si liberasse un posto, questione di fortuna. Il personale è gentile, ma giovane, quindi non vi aspettati nessuna iniziativa utile e ricordate di fare tutte le domande che vi servono(tipo password per il WIFI etc) , calcolate anche di spendere un po' di tempo in più per il check-out. Se ci andate in inverno, come prima cosa ricordatevi di andare in bagno , chinarvi, e aprire il rubinetto di quel favoloso termosifone, perché funziona benissimo è solo chiuso; idem per la stanza, non aspettate un eventuale orario di accensione termosifoni, pensateci voi. La sera che ci sono stata c'è stata musica (tipo piano bar, non sono uscita ad indagare) ma solo fino a mezzanotte, ma se siete di quelli che si addormentano con la TV accesa non avrete problemi a riposare.

Un hotel bello e curato! Avevamo una camera doppia all'ultimo piano con balcone, bagno privato, tv e tutti i confort, fantastica! Il soffitto della camera era per metà mansardato in legno. La pulizia impeccabile! Ci siamo fatti portare la colazione in camera ed era tutto buonissimo e con vasta scelta di thè, tisane, marmellate, brioches, ecc... Il personale molto disponibile! Anche il rapporto qualità prezzo direi ottimo! Che dire, ci tornerei volentieri!

The staff at this hotel seemed confused as to how to do check in, payment, and policies. It is advertised as breakfast included, but it is only for one person and everyone else has to pay. By 9:00 am there was almost no food left and they still asked me to pay.Their attitude was not welcoming or accommodating. Each thing was a simple little detail that could have been politely and kindly addresses. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortably designed, although the shower was the tiny type where when you wash your hair, your elbows hit the doors and they open. The beds are standard old school and rigid, which seems the norm in Europe.
