Un lindo hotel muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad de Loja. Sus instalaciones muy bonitas y la atención excelente. Me ayudaron con parqueadero a una cuadra del hotel por el tamaño de mi camioneta y con esto estuve tranquilo!

Tiene cosas que mejorar, la insonorización de habitaciones al exterior, televisiones smart, mejorar puntos de carga de la habitación cercana a los veladores (No todos tienen)

Qualité et amabilité du personnel 10/10, la taille de la 2e chambre et le confort

Pénurie eau chaude pendant 24 hres Au retour de l'eau chaude, l'eau sortait des robinets d'une couleur jaunâtre, presque brune J'ai du changer de chambre et on m'a offert une grande chambre avec beaucoup d'espace et balcon La encore, il y a eu un problème d'eau chaude mais cela s'est réglé rapidement Le petit déjeuner est répétitif mais bon dans l'ensemble Manque d'insonorisation mais les bouchons d'oreille font l'affaire
