Horrible reception service , not responding

Missing Iron all the time, ones You get it its gone on the next day, quite annoying, pillows to be replaced, missing aircon, only one window to be open, for that price I would expect more, upgreaded 3 star hotel, free bikes and fitness as a plus, nice lake at the corner ,

The location is near by the Zug lake... with some good restaurants in the neighbors... Room large and clean...with good products for personal care. There’s also a small gym and the a wellness center. The breakfast buffet is amazing!

The hotel was good, and the breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. However, the best part of this hotel is its proximity to the lake. It is only a two-minute walk to the lake which is very nice. The hotel is also close to a few shops such as Mueller and a grocery store.

The hotel is nicely situated on the shores of a lake, in a small village surrounded by hills and mountains. The rooms are small but comfortable. There is no air conditioning but the windows open and each room has a fan. The restaurant is large with an outdoors patio. The meals are well cooked and tasty with breakfast being particularly good.

Veldig fornøyd med hotellet. Pent rom som var godt utstyrt, gode senger, nydelige uteplasser der vi spiste frokost.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Man könnte sich so richtig ausruhen. Die Aussicht auf den Ägerisee war ausgezeichnet. Eine gute Idee das man selber Kaffee zubereiten kann.. Das Morgenessen war ein Traum. Die Vielfalt ausgezeichnet. Insgesamt nur zu empfehlen, auch nur für eine Nacht.

We stayed here few days after new year, just to have a relaxing weekend. We didn't regret coming here and staying for a night. The hotel is nice and clean, they have a nice view of the lake. I think the reviews are outdated because our experience here was far from everyone else. The restaurant served us really good food. I don't think we have a poor taste when it comes to food, restaurant and hotel. They have a very friendly staff especially in the restaurant. We have been to places and this hotel is obviously underrated. We would like to go back to again sometime in spring or summer.

Participated in company event. Location is really nice in a beautiful area, especially when the weather is nice. Had a few meals at the restaurant and it was underwhelming. The staff was nice, and trying hard to serve well. The disappointment came with the quality of the food served: soup with virtually no taste, “rose meat” had the right color, but was dry (possibly because had been prepared long before). Overall, even if you are there for an event, would recommend to try out different restaurants in the village.
