"Toller Aufenthalt mit kleinen Mängel"

angenehmes Personal, freundliche Auskünfte. Zimmer 100 ist zu laut vom Foyer her, bis um 23.30 Uhr Lärm im Zimmer aufgrund lauter Gespräche in der Lounge. Spühlung in Toilette defekt. Ansonsten ein prima Hotel.

Ein Witz, dieser Service! Das Hotel hat uns nicht das Zimmer gegeben, das wir gebucht haben! Umbuchen? Fehlanzeige da voll. Vorschlag des Hotels: eine weitere Nacht im ursprünglich gebuchten Zimmer fuer 25% rabatt. NIE wieder!

Schöne, saubere Zimmer. Zugang zur Sauna war schlecht beschildert. Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Leider war das Servicepersonal am Sonntag ( zum Frühstück) sehr unmotiviert. Wir vermissten , dass wir kurz angeleitet wurden, da wir zum ersten Mal im Hotel waren.
