Accoglienze e disponibilità eccellente

Hotel nuovo o ristrutturato da poco, camera accogliente e sufficientemente spaziosa, colazione solo in camera. Unico neo: spazio doccia veramente minuscolo

Viaggio per trascorre la Pasqua in famiglia. Apprezzata la possibilità di preparare la colazione in camera. Solo un pò fuori mano (senza il navigatore non lo avrei trovato).

la struttura è nuova così come la camera ed il bagno. spaziosa la camera ed enorme il letto matrimoniale colazione (tutto confezionato) abbondante e soddisfacente dal punto di vista vista della scelta(per chi mangia dolci) un posto fuori città ma accogliente nuovo pulito e confortevole unica pecca han voluto un acconto prima della data indicata da Esperia per la cancellazione dicendo che la mia carta di credito nn era valida perché (a loro dire) una prepagata lo consiglierei vivamente a chiunque

Il personale è molto cordiale, e le stanze sono comodissime, soprattutto per il fatto che c'è la colazione in camera. Si vede che il posto è nuovo ed è stato ristrutturato da poco, infatti offre molte comodità come ad esempio le luci a sensori o il codice per entrare nel portone di ingresso. È stata una bellissima esperienza, davvero consigliabile!

Siamo stati per una notte sola al Diamantina. La struttura è molto carina ed il personale gentilissimo. Si tratta però di un b&b senza sala per la colazione la quale è in camera in forma di confezioni imbustate.

This hotel was very clean, modern and had large rooms, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We had difficulty finding the place (it is located near the industrial part of Ferara, but very quite and in the countryside), but the owner came looking for us in his car and guided us to the hotel. Breakfast is supplied (basket of Italian sweet baked goods in packages, jams, coffee,etc is left in your room), but it would have been nice to have some alternatives to the sweet baked goods. Loved having our own fridge to put our water and juices in to cool. Recommend that the hotel add their phone number to the booking.com site, but otherwise would highly recommend this hotel. Мы путешествовали по Италии и остановились в отеле на пути во Флоренцию. Отель удивил великолепным дизайном и дорогим ремонтом - все сделано со вкусом и на совесть! Радушный хозяин встретил нас и проводил в огромный номер с красивым потолком из деревянных балок. Во дворике отеля оборудована зона для пикника, где мы и поужинали на свежем воздухе. (еду привезли собой, так как отель на отшибе и поесть там негде). Замечательно выспались и отдохнули! Вот только дочь покусали комары - хотя в номере был фумигатор...

3 nights at Diamantina, very comfortable in nice-sized room, building has been skillfully rehabbed and everything is well decorated and appealing. Staff were friendly and professional, full kitchen very handy. First night no a/c and a dog barked all night, we bought a fan and were then able to sleep with the French doors shut. It's beyond annoying to have no vanity in the bathroom and such low water pressure it took forever to wash my hair. Breakfast was a basket of packaged things, a major blunder. They should offer some fresh pastries and fruit in the lobby to take back up to your room.
