Plenty of space in the villa. The pool was a plus!

Poor staff attitude! Waited at the front desk for over 5minutes for check in! No one was there! When I walked up to the front desk to ask for kids’ tooth brush, there was no one there again. Moreover, the diner staff and bellman showed terrible attitude of impatience! Since this hotel mainly host golfers, these staff did show themselves snobbery!

"宿自体は良かった"

写真でみた所と違ったのが盛るのはいいと思うんですがあまりにも違うと嘘になってしまうので少し残念でした でもコテージ自体はすごく良かったです

ちょっと盛ってる感があって良かったけどちょっとがっかりした

外でバーベキューができるとのことだったので、食材は自分たちで買って行きバーベキューセットだけ借りたのですが、外に水道がなく、キッチンもないので、洗面所をキッチン代わりにしたのが不便だった。 あとバーベキューセットには包丁も付いてないので肉も野菜も切れなかった(フロントにお願いしたら切れ味の悪いフルーツナイフを貸してくれた)し、紙皿も1枚×人数分しかなく、かなりしょぼく不便でした。 部屋はきれいで良かったですが、外でムカデが3匹も出て、自然なので仕方ないかもしれませんが危険でした。
