The staff were fantastic. The breakfast was good. The room was great. The beds...were brick hard. Granted, I have noticed that most hotels opt for very firm mattresses.

It was so convenient and the unit was cozy, clean and easy to access

The hot water only let you take a 3 min shower it got cold very fast
