Everything works well at this place. Staff attention, location (one block away from the beach), excellent and less expensive restaurant than neighborhood, cleanness, and environment

Был очень старый номер , очень грязно , душ максимально неудобный шторка от душа заходит прям на унитаз , куча волос на полу душ и постель , воняло канализации, завтрак самый простой вареное яйца хлеб и варенье

Ausgezeichnetes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Die Lage war für meine Zwecke super. Bei dem Preis gibt es sogar einen kleinen Pool. Wobei ich nicht weiss, wozu man den braucht, da Meer mit Strand ist keine 300m entfernt. Und es gab ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Alles in allem sehr gut, es hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt und ich werde es mir merken. Vielen Dank!

Am Taxistand vor dem Haus hat am Morgen einer seinen Motor getestet. Das hat aber nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun. War sicher nur ein temporäres Ereignis. 😊

Posizione direi buona a metà del lungomare x raggiungere il centro pulsante della città con una piacevole passeggiata sul lungomare in 20 min. Ci si arriva . Camere e bagno veramente piccoli ( +o- 18 m2 sono propio pochi)ma con un buon balcone come sfogo , che non è quello che vedete in foto e più piccolo perché quello in foto è dell’appartamento più grosso . Gentilmente il proprietario ha spostato una loro macchina per farci parcheggiare proprio davanti all’ingresso. Tenete presente che parcheggiare a Marmaris è praticamente impossibile !! Colazione direi piuttosto scarsa ..

good location with availability of free parking spaces in the surroundings

Very old style bathroom with a shower which flooded the floor each time. Then, quite dirty rooms with no cleaning daily services. We also disliked the limited room size and the breakfast which offers few products. The hotel manager is not friendly.
