Location and Cost.

The seat to use in the shower had a rubber foot missing in the front and the rubber foot directly behind the front was broken . So the seat continuously slid to the right towards the outside of the tub. I mentioned this to the front desk when I left. I felt the Hotel is due for a complete upgrade. The Refrigerator was loose under the TV table, the TV channel guide didn't match what numbers the guide said, the electrical sockets on the table and wall around the bed were loose so we couldn't use any to charge or use, and there wasn't a coffee machine in the room. I have never known a Hotel not to have one in the room.

Excessive amount of cameras in hallways. Cameras were different brands which was also sketchy. Phone in my room had no power cord. I could not call someone in an emergency if I needed. Couldn’t even contact the front desk. Made me feel very uneasy.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made the accommodations I asked for and did so without a second thought. They truly made the experience.

The pool was not the nicest, it's advertised as this beautiful place and it's just not. If you're booking because of the pool, move on.

Outdated. Things were in need of repair.

Place used to be great, but over the past two years they have let it go. Night crew was very rude. Place was dirty. Pool was filthy. Probably last time I ever go there. There are better places.
