La disponibilité et l'amabilité du personnel d'accueil ont été irréprochables

Le quartier qui environne cet hôtel s'est avéré être dominé économiquement par une restauration de type turc qui semble avoir progressivement éliminé la quasi-totalité des autres alternatives possibles (cuisine allemande, italienne, asiatique). Il n'a été possible de commander aucune bière - pas même une bière sans alcool - sur la place du marché attenante à l'hôtel. Une sorte d'embargo en faveur des sodas de type coco-cola règne sur une circonférence d'environ 150 m autour de l'hôtel, voire au-delà pour certaines rues.

Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Bereich im EG mit Rezeption und Bar wirkte ansprechend.

Alles wirkt abgewohnt und nicht sauber: Flure, Zimmer, Frühstücksrestaurant. Das Frühstück war fürs Angebot viel zu teuer. Im Zimmer fehlt ein Kühlschrank.

Schon beim Betreten des Hotels funkelten unsere Augen. Extrem modern und sauber. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter am Empfang,an der Bar,im Frühstücksraum und die Damen der Reinigung... Sehr komfortables Schlafzimmer. Mega großes Bad. Alles 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

Das war leider ein Feueralarm mitten in der Nacht um 04:00 Uhr...,alle Gäste mussten das Hotel verlassen,aber es war warm und trocken auf der Strasse und nach einer halben Stunde durften alle wieder in Ihre Zimmer zurück... Sicherheit geht vor...
