Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Broad Street

Their was a staff member I forgot her name at reception she was excellent. Also very happy with how staff were friendly I came down to breakfast by myself and the staff will attended me well really happy with that and overall all the staff were friendly and attentive, this really makes a difference for myself 👍, definitely will be happy to stay again

I'm gonna say nothing - especially the fact my friend enjoyed it their and he likes to moan about everything, was good ...keep it up 👌

Nothing to dislike

Few minutes away from the beautiful canals, lovely restaurants and independent shops.

Good breakfast, clean and right size room, helpful staff

The sliding door into the bathroom was difficult to slide

I liked the convinent locations. Many good restaurants and parts within 2 minutes walking distance

The first room we were put in had blood stained. The beds were uncomfortable. And it was the worst hotel breakfast we have experienced
