Our stay was unbelievable! The customer service was professional and pleasant. Our room was breathtaking and SO clean! The breakfast was gourmet delicious. Our overall stay was outstanding, hands down.

"Bad experience"

The hotel itself was nice as will as the front desk staff. Now the downside. Tuesdays house cleaning was a disappointment just not a complete job. Now the real downside for me. Big fan of pools and hot tubs. There were a bunch of little kids in the hot tub. Now I don’t have a problem with that but they were left unsupervised some of the time. And there was one that might have been a year old with a floating ring. When the parent lifted them out of the hot tub there was poop dripping out of the diaper. There was no one at the desk when I went to tell so I ended up reaching out to Marriott corporate through an email and never heard back. And the next night they were in there again.

Great location. River view and walking distance from downtown. Property is beautifully appointed and maintained, just like all Marriott hotels. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. Our only quibbles were unpleasantly soft water and lack of bath mat in shower, although staff indicated (strangely) they were available at front desk on request.

Spacious room as always in any Residence Inn hotel, with kitchen, clean and comfortable bed, near Walmart. A great place to stay for a night when driving from Salt Lake City to Yellowstone.
