"Excelente Estadia!"

Pasamos unas vacaciones espectaculares en el Salvador y el Hotel Villa Florencia fue una muy buena eleccion. Las habitaciones comodas, el desayuno local y los empleados super amables. Esta en una de las mejores zonas del salvador donde puedes caminar y encontrar de todo tipo de restaurantes y lugares de esparcimiento. Lo unico que necesita mejorar es el parqueo que es extremadamente limitado, sin embargo, el senor de seguridad siempre buscaba como acomodarnos. Definitivamente retornaremos al Salvador y al Hotel Villa Florencia!

Location, breakfast

Toilet was broken and noisy, it kept filling with water over and over for no reason. They don't provide filtered water for guests, which even the cheap hostels do that. The store on the corner charges .75 for water but if you ask at the hotel, they charge you $2. Staff stand right outside your door and play music at 5am. Constant construction noise. It was awful. Do not recommend, way overpriced and uncomfortable. I mentioned all the problems at check out, and staff didn't care.

First time at this hotel and was impressed with the service provided. Good and safe location, friendly staff, nice clean rooms as well as bathroom, good WiFi, good air conditioning, hot water, many restaurants and shopping outlets nearby. Will return in near future.
