Very pleasant experience, food was diverse and had western style too

The staff didn't really understand English, but was alright with translator

The lack of tourism information is a major disappointment. The concierge should have references to local tours of Guiyang city, if not to major tourist spots in Guizhou. No maps of city or brochures of tours were available.

Bathroom has a lot of molded areas

The customer service was great, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, although some dishes were a little oily for our tastes. The room was clean, and room service provided everything we needed. Very near Guanshanhu park. There was also a local shopping district with lots of food within 5min walk.

The door to our rooms were thin - we could clearly hear people (and each other) talking when in the hallway. The decor was also mediocre, didn’t feel like a 4.5 star hotel. A bit expensive for the quality of the amenities and environment.

Stayed one night, not sure about location as No time to move around. Hotel is old and facilites worn-out.

Excellent hotel. Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The service is efficiënt. Superb breakfast.
