Lovely sized room with a very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Cooking facilities good. Very helpful hosts who provided us with a list of places not to be missed as we continued our road trip down the coast toward Queenstown.

Nowhere to hang towels other than over the shower - only one narrow rail available. Freezer in bar fridge needed defrosting, I struggled to fit ice packs in there. However, when I told the hosts, they were very keen to get the cleaners to attend to it asap. This is not so much a complaint, just constructive feedback.

Freundlicher Rezeptionist, Zimmer wie üblich - sogar eine Kochplatte. Das Bett war gut, die Lage ... Nichts in Franz Josef ist weit entfernt.

Zu wenig Steckdosen zum Aufladen von Mobil phone usw, Licht hätte besser sein können.

The owners were helpful and friendly. The rooms were generous in size. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was quiet, close to town and restaurants.
