"Dirty Floors"

We waited 40 mins for someone to show up so we could finally get a room, literally was on the phone with Super 8 when they did show up. Was given half off the pet fee for the wait, which is one reason I give it one star. However, the room was dirty. For a 3 bed room, you assume children will be in there. So for my children to have black socks within minutes of walking around. Gross. I ended up borrowing a vac mop from DH coworker. 7 water dumps of BLACK water, last 4 I decided to take a picture of. Also adding pictures of after I was done. There's just no excuse for that. Had to buy replacement parts for his machine because it was so gross. Extremely frustrating to purchase a room, spend an hour and a half cleaning it just to be safe for kids, have to spend more money purchasing replacements for machine, and pay any pet fee when the dogs were crated and I had to clean up after who knows how many people had been making messes in there long before I was there.

It was a nice place, the king room was actually quite spacious and I liked that. It had great storage in the room. My only real problem with the property was the internet!!! The speed was fine when connected, but it used one of those take you to a website to input the password, those systems don’t work with my AppleTV, so it was very disappointing..: there is another budget hotel in town that has regular WiFi and that is where I will be staying from now on…

NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED! NOT EVEN COFFEE! Location fine. There was nothing to like at this filthy nasty place.

Possible bed bug siteing. Walls were filthy. TV didn’t work! Had to pay extra for dog! Dog area dirt and mud. Linens were stained looked filthy. Definitely did not take a bath/shower in this nasty place.

"Decent enough place for the money!"

The room was, for the value, good and the bed comfortable. I slept well. That's what most matters! Apart from the A/C, it was also quiet.

There was no warmth to the lighting - too high-intensity and bright - more suited to a conference room. No bedside lamp, either, only an overhead bright one.
